Drowning-prevention education became Chapter 2026-38 through SB 428 after Eskamani co-sponsored and moved the similar HB 503 through the House. HB 423 passed the House 106-0 but died in Senate Rules. CS/HB 487 advanced through committees but died on the House calendar. HB 6007 died without a recorded vote.
The Missing Context
