Certificate of Eligibility for Court-Ordered Sealing or Expungement

FDLE requires a $75 nonrefundable certificate fee plus a prosecutor statement for expunction, certified case records, fingerprints, and other application materials before an eligible person may petition a court. A city clinic cannot decide eligibility or order relief.
