Community land trust foreclosure study

The Lincoln Institute working paper reports a 2011 web survey sent to 216 community land trusts; 96 responded, and the mortgage subsample covered 62 land trusts with 3,143 owners. It compares self-reported CLT delinquency and foreclosure with Mortgage Bankers Association aggregate benchmarks, not a matched control.
