Orlando Stormwater Rate Study

The older rate study estimated $109,523,030 in stormwater capital needs for fiscal years 2024 through 2028, about $22 million annually. The current city project table instead totals $88,749,597 for the shifted fiscal-year 2023/24 through 2027/28 window; different horizons and planning snapshots mean the figures should be reconciled rather than treated as the same program total, and neither prices the campaign additions.
