Florida local-government DEI restrictions

Effective January 1, 2027, the law restricts municipal action, spending, grants, contracts, workforce-composition efforts, protected-class benefits, and specified training related to DEI, while preserving actions required by state or federal law, EEO information, listed activities, and the actions of nonelected volunteer bodies.
