Twelve-year controlled study of high-intensity neutering

A 12-year controlled field study in Rishon LeZion, Israel, found population decline only after neutering exceeded 70% across contiguous areas, producing about a 7% annual reduction while immigration and compensatory reproduction limited the effect.
